Overview

Scribbles.ink ("the App") is a handwriting-to-font creation application developed by DynamWorks. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Scribbles.ink allows you to trace your handwriting, build TrueType fonts, and use them on your device via a custom keyboard. All text and handwriting processing occurs locally on your device.

Subscriptions

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Plus and Pro) and a one-time Pro Lifetime purchase. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Subscription Plans

• Plus — $4.99/month or $29.99/year. Includes words trace mode, font export, and on-device font installation.
• Pro — $9.99/month or $59.99/year. Includes everything in Plus, plus freeform AI trace, variable font collections, SVG import/export, glyph editing, and cursive connections.
• Pro Lifetime — $129.99 one-time purchase. All Pro features, forever.

Free Tier

Basic functionality is available for free, including unlimited font projects, individual character tracing, font building in all weights, and the Playground with shareable cards.

Intellectual Property

Fonts you create with the App are yours. DynamWorks claims no ownership over your handwriting data, font files, or any content you create. The App itself, including its code, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of DynamWorks.

Accuracy & Limitations

The App uses on-device machine learning for character recognition and segmentation. Results may vary depending on handwriting style and input quality. The App is provided as a creative tool and DynamWorks does not guarantee specific output quality.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. All handwriting processing occurs locally on your device. No personal data is collected or transmitted. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. DynamWorks does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DynamWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
